True Creations Ltd is an IT Consultancy run by Dudley Trueman, an ITIL V2 Certified IT Service Manager,
who has been building and delivering IT and software projects to clients all across the UK since the early 1990s.
Based in Bristol BS9, I provide consultancy and website design services to local and national business all across the UK.

I have worked in IT since the early 1990s providing knowledge and expertise
to companies such as Unilever, Volkswagen, Ford, Natwest Bank, and
Hewlett Packard to name but a few.
By applying
methodologies such as the Waterfall method, Agile Scrum and ITIL I have
seen best practices in action when defining, building, testing and delivering IT projects in today's fast
paced and 24-7 online business World.
Recent Achievements
- Delivered £multi-million GIS project to UK Mapping Company with a Consortium project team,
by providing Software Development, Configuration/Release/Change Management and Defect & Test Management services.
- Designed, agreed and implemented a single consistent Release
Management policy and process through consultation with internal
project teams, 2 subcontractor suppliers and the client Release
Management team without impacting the current development, testing
and delivery timelines.
- Successfully passed ITIL Service Management exams (one with distinction) on first attempt,
whilst performing a senior management role on a 3 year GIS project
- Delivered a new C#.NET WinForms data modelling product within a
2 month deadline for demonstration at the Technology for Marketing
(TFM) show in London; resulting in the highest potential sales
pipeline from this event.
