Q: How much will my website cost?

Q: Can I see the design while my website is under development?

A: Yes. At various times during the design stage True Creations will publish your website so that you have an opportunity to review the design and request any changes as work progresses.


Q: Can I make changes to the web site design or text content once work has been started on the website?

A: Yes. You will be given the chance to review the web site design and request changes whilst the website is being developed.


Q: How long will the web site design take?

A: This depends on how complex and large the website is, whether the content and images are available or whether they have to be modified or created from scratch. A website can take anything from 2 weeks. A more accurate timescale is given with the quotation when the requirements for the website are better understood.


Q: What screen resolution will you design my website for?

A: We typically design a website for a screen resolution of 800x600 pixels, which is accessible to the majority of internet users today without scrolling.


Q: Are there any hidden charges?

A: No! The package deals are fixed price and our quotations will always be given prior to commencement of any work and all costs will be clearly documented here. The only reason the price may change is if you request a new page or some additional material or images for the website after work has started. In all cases, additional costs will be agreed prior to work commencing.


Q: How much do you charge for updates to the website?

A: The standard charge is �20 per hour. As with the web site design itself, a formal quotation will be given to cover any additional work, so that you know how much it will cost and how long the change(s) will take.


Q: Why should I use your web site design services and not another company?

A: We listen to what you want and make sure that your website delivers. We ensure that you get plenty of opportunity to review the website as it is developed and any changes are rolled into the design as work progresses, so that you get the website that you want. We are always contactable by email or telephone to answer any questions you may have. Our web site design prices are very competitive and we always try to provide you with fixed price quotations whenever possible, so if we take longer than quoted you don't have to pay any more. Q: I would like to use your web site design services, what do I do now?

A: Simply use our contact form, send us an email or give us a call, providing as much information as you can about your web site design requirements; expected number of pages, structure of site, whether you have all the content and images, etc. We will contact you via telephone and email, whichever suits you best, to ensure that we understand your requirements fully and then we'll send a quotation for the work. If the quotation meets with your approval, simply sign the accompanying order form and post it back to us. When we receive the signed order form we will commence the web site design for your review.
